HID 10TEC - technical description

Purpose: main light source for diving. The light is emitted by an HID (high intensity discharge) filament installed in the head together with the ballast. The ballast is the electronic control system ensuring constant intensity of light. Colour temperature: 6500ºK, the colour is similar to natural daylight, light distribution angle of 12º (24° - optional). The casing is made of anodised aluminium sealed with 2 o-rings. 6 mm thick glue-mounted tempered glass. Maximum measurements: length: 108 mm, diameter: 48 mm. The head has a socket for plugging the power supply cable. The power supply cable plug is provided with two o-rings ensuring airtight connection after connecting to the head. Batteries recommended for the head: ACCU 12 V / 4.5 Ah, ACCU 12 V / 4.0 Ah, ACCU 12 V / 2.0 Ah.
