HID 14NANO - NEW! - technical description

Purpose: main light source for diving.

The light is emitted by a HID (high intensity discharge) bulb installed in the head together with a ballast.

The ballast has an electronically controlled system ensuring constant light intensity. The lamp head has light intensity regulation, appropriately 9,5W / 14W (500/ 1000 lm).

Colour temperature: 6500ºK, the colour is similar to natural daylight. Light distribution angle of 6º.

HID 14NANO's casing is made of anodised aluminium, it is sealed with 2 o-rings.

A front 6 mm thick tempered glass is sealed with 3 o-rings. Maximum measurements: length: 108 mm, diameter: 48 mm.

The head has a socket for plugging the power supply cable. The power supply cable plug is provided with two o-rings ensuring airtight connection after connecting to the head.

Recommended batteries for HID 14NANO head: ACCU 5 Ah, ACCU 2.5 Ah.

Note: the head is available without the cable or the Goodman handle, which are sold separately.
