HID 24TEC MK II (DELRIN®) - NEW! - technical description

Purpose: main light source for diving.
The light is emitted by a HID (high intensity discharge) bulb installed in the head together with a ballast.
The ballast has an electronic control system ensuring constant intensity of light.
Colour temperature: 6500ºK, the colour is similar to natural daylight, light distribution angle of 3,5°.
HID 24TEC MK II's casing is made of DELRIN®, it is sealed with 2 o-rings.
A front 6 mm thick tempered glass is sealed with three o-rings. Maximum measurements: length: 192 mm, diameter: 76 mm.
The head has a socket for plugging in the power supply cable. The power supply cable plug is provided with two o-rings ensuring airtight connection after connecting to the head.
Batteries recommended for the head: ACCU 5 Ah, ACCU 10 Ah. 

Note: the head is available without the cable or the Goodman handle, which are sold separately.
